Bridge Academy Trust Community Award

The Bridge Academy Trust Community Award invites all children at Richard de Clare to demonstrate their community spirit by displaying the attributes of our school and trust values both at home and in the wider community.

Every child at Richard de Clare has the opportunity to achieve Stage 1 and 2 awards each academic year and may be put forward for a silver (year group) or gold (school) level award as a result of their contributions in the categories of environment, charity, helpfulness, kindness, mentoring and team spirit.

Each year group has a menu of suggested activities, pertinent to their age and stage that could be rewarded with the stage one and stage two awards. This award promotes the principles of good conduct and citizenship towards all members of our school and local community.

Please submit any evidence for any of the stages to our Community Award email address.

[email protected]

Please state clearly in the email your child’s name, class and the area that their task is contributing towards This will then be recorded on their postcards. Remember, one task must be completed from each area to be awarded the Stage 1 Award.

We will advertise the day that our community award lead will be signing off postcards on Class Dojo so that pupils can bring any necessary evidence into school with them that cannot be emailed to the above address.
